We will do a thorough walk through of every room in your
home and give you our expert opinion on any trouble spots,
make recommendations to enhance and highlight the positive
features and down-play any negatives, AND give you some
inexpensive staging tips that you can implement on your own
to make your home stand out from the competition.
Vacant Home
Staging
This is our specialty! At Looking Fine by Redesign we have
personal knowledge of the stress involved in selling a
vacant home. A “house” without furniture and accessories
appears sterile and cold. Statistically, only 10% of Home
Buyers can visualize the potential of an empty space;
therefore, a staged home will “feel like home” and will
psychologically engage the buyer and make them want to MOVE
IN…not MOVE ON!!
We can
stage the entire house or just the “key” rooms that will
make the most dramatic impact. We will recommend the
ideal…you decide on the practical. (Note: furniture and
accessories rental will be calculated based on the number of
rooms staged).
Home
Staging for the Occupied Home
We offer a variety of home staging options to meet your
specific needs. They include hourly (you determine the
length of time), ½ day staging, full day staging and 2-day
New Listing/Open House preparation package.
Marketing
As part of our Home Staging Service, we will take lots of
beautiful “after” photos of the staged home and give them to
you and/or your Realtor to use in the marketing of your
home! We will also create a marketing savvy slideshow using
those photos, complete with music and titles, and display it
on our Real Estate Shows site….at NO additional cost to you!
“Do-It-Yourself” Staging and Enhancement
For the Homeowner who likes to roll up their sleeves, we
offer a variety of professionally prepared, HOUSE SPECIFIC,
guides for you to implement on your own. These valuable
options range from a “Top Ten” Priority List to a 30-plus
page Manual, and are packed with value without breaking
the bank!
